What biotechnology program did you attend?
Bluegrass Community and Technical College in Kentucky.

What degrees or certificates have you completed?
Before attending BCTC, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Chemistry at Virginia State University. After BCTC, I went to graduate school and now, I'm a postdoctoral scientist at Dartmouth.

What can you tell us about your career path?
I worked in a DNA sequencing core laboratory at the University of Kentucky, did research on retinal development and regeneration in graduate school. Now, as a Hanna Gray Fellow, I'm studying neuron development.
